Network Repair Checklist


"Hello, my DSL isn't working."
"Have you tried rebooting your computer?"
"Yes."
"Have you tried resetting the DSL modem?"
"Yes."
"Have you tested your local LAN?"
"Yes."
"Have you paid your bill lately?"
"Yes."
"Have you removed the wreckage of the burned car from underneath the fried main trunk phone line, replaced the charred telephone pole, and replaced the fried telephone cable?"
"Umm... Let me call you back on that."
